VoxStar — Delete your account

To delete your VoxStar account:

1. Open the VoxStar app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account, your voiceovers (texts and audio) and your support messages. It cannot be undone, and any remaining credits are forfeited.

To answer support requests and prevent abuse, we keep an irreversible hash of your email address (never the address itself) together with your credit and purchase history for 1 year after the deletion; after that it is deleted automatically.

No longer have the app installed? Email voxstar@proton.me from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it — we'll confirm once it's done.
